These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Maybike Shop with registered office at: Maybachstraße 108-110, 50670 Köln Germany, via the website www.maybikeshop.com to consumer users, therefore we invite you to read and accept them in order to proceed with the purchase of the products you are interested in.
The General Conditions of Sale are effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the site, which constitutes acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the Civil Code.
Maybike Shop reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by posting them on the website.
By confirming the order, the conditions of sale indicated in this document are automatically considered confirmed.
The purchase of products takes place by accessing the site and registering.
Maybike Shop confirms receipt of the order by sending an automatic email to the email address provided by the customer during registration.
This confirmation message will contain an “order number” to be used in any communication with Maybike Shop.
The message will contain all the information entered by the customer, who agrees to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Grafibike Shop undertakes to promptly notify the customer.
PRICES
All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of Value Added Tax (I.V.A.).
Prices may vary without notice and the only correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
For certain products subject to price promotions, Maybike Shop reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to prior communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered cancelled.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability is periodically updated, the status is divided into 3 categories: “available”, “not available” and “available from “.../.../.....” with an indication of the date.
If the purchased item is unavailable, the seller will contact the customer by email or telephone within 24 hours of purchase, informing them of the unavailability of the item, offering three possible solutions in the following order of priority:
Replacement with another item of equal value; in the case of a lower cost, the seller will refund the difference, while in the case of a higher cost, the customer will have to pay the remaining difference.
If the customer purchased more than one item, a partial refund will be given for the missing item. If the customer purchased only one item, a full refund will be given.
