Warranty

All products listed on our website in the online catalogs are covered by any standard warranty provided directly by the manufacturers. The applicable regulations and warranty application procedures will be those indicated and highlighted by the manufacturer along with the product. The applicable date is the one on the invoice or receipt.

In addition to the manufacturer's standard product warranty, Articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 also provides a legal warranty for defects of conformity. The legal warranty for the consumer customer (a natural person purchasing goods for purposes other than business or professional activity) covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods that become apparent within two years of delivery. The lack of conformity must be reported, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months of the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. In any case, any action against the seller expires twenty-six months after delivery of the goods.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer customer has the right to have the goods restored, free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, pursuant to the provisions of art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. In this regard, the customer must retain the invoice or order receipt received via email in PDF format.

To benefit from the guarantee relating to a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (defect of conformity), it is possible to request its replacement, after sending documentation (photos) of the defect identified, by contacting the manufacturer's Customer Service, or by contacting our website at maybike.onlinestore@gmail.com. Maybike Shop undertakes to replace the product (subject to availability) within 14 days of returning the defective item, sending it to the address indicated by the customer.

To return an item, you must send the defective product via courier, enclosing proof of purchase (printable from your account panel) in the package, to the following address:

We will cover the costs of collecting the defective goods and sending the new product.

Once the product returned by the Customer has been inspected, if following the checks and/or intervention on the product being analyzed, it is found that the reported defect does not constitute a lack of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and repair costs incurred by the Seller, as well as any transport costs, if incurred by the Seller.

Right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 days of receiving the goods, a communication in which you express your right to withdraw from your purchase (via email to maybike.onlinestore@gmail.com). After receiving the Return Authorization Number by email, the product must be carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and everything else originally contained, including the document you received by email with the Return Authorization number.

The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the returned product is not intact, such as: missing original packaging, missing product components (accessories, screws, instruction manuals, etc.), or damaged for reasons other than transportation. Ship the product within two business days of receiving the Return Authorization Number, using any courier or postal service. Insure the shipment against theft and damage during transportation and cover the related shipping costs. If the returned product is not insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss during transportation, Maybike Shop reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred by deducting it from the refund amount.

FINANCIAL REFUND: Maybike Shop will issue a credit note to your account within 14 days of the product being returned. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original payment. If the original payment was made by bank transfer, please provide your IBAN, the account holder's name, and the bank's name via email.

ISSUING A VOUCHER: Maybike Shop undertakes to issue, within 14 days of the return of the product, a voucher for the value of the product itself, to be used for future purchases on the site. www.maybikeshop-com Please remember that coupons/vouchers cannot be combined.

REPLACEMENT: If you request a replacement for the size or color of an item, Maybike Shop undertakes to replace the product in question within 14 days of the product being returned (subject to availability).
